Available in the taproom now! Morchella Fumet, draft only, one keg. This is a once in a lifetime beer brewed with an unreasonable amount of black morel mushrooms, wild harvested in SW Colorado last summer by @wambli_gleski. A raw golden sour base with an addition of morchella reduction. This experiement yeilded notes of toast with jam. Weird how those specific flavors come from a mushroom beer. There’s earthyness too but it’s less funky and more savory than we expected. Come by sooner than later if you want to try our rarest creation ever!

Crispy @reddeerbrewery Kolsch is in cans! A crowd pleaser for your holiday gatherings or really any occasion. This one was packaged with an already fine carbonation unlike our other can-conditioned offerings, and once it’s gone it’s gone! Extended conditioning yielded a bright and clear beer without filtration. Pilsner and Munich continental malts, Lemondrop hops, 5.2% abv. $16/4pk and also on tap at our North Boulder tasting room.

This is BREAD AND CIRCUSES (Vol. 1)- a sour ale with herbs and spices of mysterious origin. The beer has a certain peachiness 🍑 and complex juxtaposition of a rare spice. A culinary beer, the first in this series of unexpected yet comfortable experiments. Available when we open today (Fri 9/20) at 4:30 - MORCHELLA FUMET the most laborious of our two mushroom beers, the fruits of the forest used in this brew were gathered in southern Colorado and brought back to Boulder for a lengthy fumet infusion process. Made with black “burn” morels also called morchella, this one has a distinct toasty and savory flavor. Base beer is a slightly tart grisette with aged hops. This one will age well or enjoy it now. 4pk 16oz cans / $20. Meet Jarrod, our mixed fermentation IPA. Named after one of our neighborhood taproom fans, and it’s tasting really good. We incorporated a different strain of brett than most of our other beers to see how it would compliment the Eukanot and Azacca hops. Nice balance and a little more punch than our previous hoppier offerings. 7% abv. Swing by for cans of grisette and brett’d mushroom gose this weekend. We’ll be canning an iteration of Jarrod soon too. ✅
